    SERVPRO of Tuscaloosa is searching for a Fire Production Manager. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of restoration projects and production crew management as they relate to fire loss/damage remediation, as well as, control of inventory contents. You will be responding to emergency leads in real-time and orchestrating service operations for affected homeowners and commercial properties. The responsibilities of the Fire PM are centered around customer satisfaction, revenue growth, profit growth, management development, and staff development. This front-line management position leads their team to operational excellence.

    Fire PM Responsibilities

    Manage the customer experience and overall customer satisfaction. Manage the client experience and overall client satisfaction. Provide priority response to potential customers as needed.

    Develop scope of work for projects and review estimates. Negotiate customer and/or client approval of project scope and estimate. Schedule crews and resources to provide service on active projects.

    Coordinate and oversee the production of services with crews and subcontractors. Document and/or review job files to support the services provided.

    Maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders.

    Manage production expenses.

    Manage equipment and materials (assets).

    Follow and oversee safe work practices and adhere to safety and risk management guidelines.

    Train production personnel. Recruit production personnel. Manage production personnel.

    Produce expected results - production processes are performed according to SERVPRO guidelines and work orders.

    Timely communications to crew chief and customers.

    Maintain vehicles, equipment, and facilities in a clean and orderly fashion.

    Pack-in/Pack-out jobs.

    Experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction preferred

    Formal Education/Training: Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or bachelor’s degree strongly preferred. Current industry certifications are strongly preferred. Competitive compensation: salaried with commission opportunities. Based on experience.
