Loomly, Hootsuite,Social Studio)● Create original content such as flyers, newsletters, graphics, and videoswith branding in mind● Review job files to identify marketing opportunities● Complete a daily SEO search for violations according to territoryguideline● First response monitoring and responding to local emergencies● Attend events/meetings in Philly and the local Upper Bucks community● Support local first responders through Hydrating Heroes program andattendance at community based events● Assist in events including vendor tables, event attendance, food service,and more● Visit active Job Sites to collect content for marketing● Visit territory contacts to build relationships and offer services forrestoration and education● Monitor SERVPRONET activity and complete all assigned trainingPosition Skill Sets● Strong communication skills in person and online● Working knowledge of current business software technologies (GoogleDocs, Canva, Constant Contact, website maintenance experience; willtrain within reason)● Ability to remain calm and professional during high emotion situations● Self-motivated and able to work independently● Able to prioritize tasks and balance multiple priorities at once● Team player attitude, we are a small marketing team and while we allhave our individual roles we sometimes step in for each other to supportsales and growth of the company● Professional appearance● Organizational skills and attention to detail/changing schedules● Any relatable experience is a plus.
