SERVPRO is looking for a Marketing Support Coordinator who can use creativity and ingenuity to maintain Franchise web and social sites, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram. If you are technologically savvy and want to engage with clients online, this position would be a great fit for you. Online marketing requires a multiplicity of skills including design, communication, and research. Role also involves set-up, management, and participation in Franchise marketing and community involvement events in addition to performing general marketing duties, such as drafting correspondence, filing, and creating reports/newsletters. The ideal candidate is looking to learn and grow under the guidance of our Marketing team.

    Primary Roles and Responsibilities:

    1. Content Creation and Management

    · Work collaboratively with team members to create and edit written, video, and photo content

    · Develop a media release schedule for all web and social sites

    · Post content on web and social sites

    · Create and maintain seasonal campaigns based on business objectives

    · Manage content, including replacing seasonal- or campaign-related content as needed and monitoring web trends to make company content more reachable

    1. Social Media Maintenance

    · Research and stay up to date on current trends & audience preferences to create relevant content

    · Develop and maintain a results-driven social media strategy to raise brand awareness

    1. Communication

    · Communicate with Management about project, event, or campaign expectations and goals

    · Collaborate with Management about budgeting and fund allocation

    · Delegate tasks to appropriate team members as needed

    · Organize third-party providers and vendors to deliver elements that can’t be produced in-house

    · Data collection, analysis, and presentation of customer feedback to management as needed

    Necessary Experience and Skill Set:

    · Proficient technology use, with a capacity to learn, utilize, and keep up to date with current business software

    · Experience with sales and marketing support preferred

    · Superb customer service, administrative, and verbal and written communication skills

    · Working knowledge of current business software technologies is required

    · Knowledge of social media platforms, including technical usage and review and application of current trends

    Formal Education/Training:

    Associates’ or Bachelors’ degree in Marketing, Communication or related field required

    Physical and Work Environment Requirements:

    This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. This job requires the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend, stand, walk, and sit for extended periods of time. Travel is up to 90 percent, primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be required.

    Normal Working Hours, Additional Working Hours, and Travel Requirements:

    This is a full-time position working hours between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday‒Friday. This position may require longer hours, and some flexibility in hours may be needed dependent upon the business needs.
