Requirements:

Basic background in construction ( punch list abilities- drywall, painting, finish carpentry, cabinetry, flooring)

Basic knowledge of Florida building codes

Effective communication skills

Valid driver's license

Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law

Physical and Work Environment Requirements:

Exposure to extreme conditions such as heat

Walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing

Ability to use a variety of tools including power tools

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs. assisted

Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights
