TRAINING SPECIALIST
The successful candidate will support the development and delivery of learning initiatives, while making the experience fun and interactive for participants. He/she will be responsible for assisting in planning, developing, implementing and tracking new employee onboarding and training activities throughout the Credit Union.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Two to five years of experience in a training specialist role where training facilitation is a primary role. Organizational skills and a positive attitude are a must. Ability to work independently and to employ resourcefulness and critical thinking skills. Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to confidently present training materials and provide an energizing and engaging participant experience. A valid driver license, insurance and access to a personal vehicle for local travel to meet the requirements of the position.
