Job Description

If you are an experienced UI/UX Designer with a passion for creating and designing attractive interfaces for realtors to use to acquire potential customers, then this job is for you! As a UI/UX Designer, you will be designing or redesigning aspects to our different interfaces. You will help us to provide an eye-catching and user friendly platform, so that realtors can be connected to their perfect home seller or buyer.

What you will do:

Lead design projects across the entire product lifecycle and multiple product launches. You set the vision for the user experience and create the space for others to collaborate

Create designs that uses find eye-catching and easy to use

Design an interface that is highly usable and efficient

Create a way for users to attain goals more effortlessly and directly

Ensure existing UI guidelines and standards are followed during the development and maintenance of the product/site

Conduct and/or participate in product usability tests with users

Communicate and work effectively with cross-functional team members including, but not limited to developers, writers, scrum master, and business analysts

Collaborate with engineers to identify and solve complex projects and issues

Skills & Requirements Skills and Requirements

• 5+ years working on digital projects and leading product lifecycle
• Strong visual design skills for top-notch design capabilities
• Experience creating maps, wireframes, and customer journeys
• Expert knowledge of mobile device and OS specific design patterns (iOS/Android)
• Be able to commit to big or small projects and excel in them
• Proficient in multiple design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator), Sketch, Framer, Principle, Zeplin, Flinto, etc
