    Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced sales supervisor to join our team! We are a locally owned and operated contemporary women's clothing, accessory and git store. We are looking for a customer service focused selling manager to ensure superb styling, clienteling and operational support.     RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Drive sales and maintain sales goals by providing and maintaining excellent customer service, styling and clienteling services to guests.
    • Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting
    • Keep sales floor and back stock filled in and organized to optimize customer satisfaction and sales.
    • Recruit, train and evaluate, employees. implement and maintain a store schedule that optimizes work flow and store profitability.
    • Manage and adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
    • Resolve escalated customer concerns
    • Execute and maintain high standards of visual presentation throughout store. Work with owner to plan window changes, floor sets and seasonal product sets.
    • Work with owner/to plan and create social media strategy, promotions and events. Work with team to create social media content and analyze engagement.
    • Meet with owner/team to discuss product needs, reorders and product opportunities.
    • Work with team to help plan and promote in store and community events that are fun, engaging and relevant to the brand.
    • Receive daily shipments, move boxes, check in and process new goods. Must be able to carry boxes up to 50 lbs.

    ​QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Proven track record in retail, customer service, or other related fields
    • Ability to work and communicate with multi generational employees and customers
    • Love of fashion and styling others. Strong visual display skills and interest
    • Social media experience and/or desire to learn and be engaged
    • Basic computer skills, experience with Shopify, Excel, Power Point, or related software desired
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent written and communication skills
    • Strong leadership qualities
    • Must be able to lift boxes up to 50 lbs.
    • Must be available weekends and evenings
