We are seeking a Stylist/Sales Associate. If you love fashion and helping other people feel good, we are the place for you. Located in West Portal, we are a locally owned and operated San Francisco business. PT and FT available, must be able to work minimum 2-3 full days per week.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implement and maintain excellent customer service
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our brands and product information
- Develop and maintain a customer base, clienteling, personal styling and special orders
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
- Master our POS inventory/customer service software
- Assist with stock work, visual merchandising, social media and store cleaning
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Hard working, positive and reliable
- Love for fashion and helping others
- Familiarity with Shopify, Word and Excel desired but not required
- Social Media experience/interest helpful
- Deadline and detail-oriented
