We provide our clinicians with resources like weekly consultation groups, billing, and intake scheduling support, along with opportunities for professional growth through continuing education credits. If desired, there is also the option to supervise an Associate Therapist or Psych Assistant. Employees working 30 hours or more weekly qualify for health insurance benefits. Responsibilities: As a therapist at SF Stress and Anxiety Center, your role will include the following responsibilities: • Maintain a caseload of at least 10 clients per week • Dedicate a minimum of 15 hours per week to client sessions and administrative tasks • Keep your professional license up to date with either the California Board of Behavioral Sciences or the California Board of Psychology • Complete progress notes in a timely manner • Attend mandatory yearly meetings, which serve as an opportunity to stay informed about any policy or procedural changes within the organization • Most importantly, you should be passionate about working with children, and their families, and collaborating with a team Qualifications: Also, you need to: • Be flexible and open to collaboration and building your skills • Be eager to dive into and build a caseload • Have a Doctorate (Ph.D., PsyD) or Master's in Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or Social Work from an Accredited University • Have a California Psychologist License or California LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC License • Have relevant clinical experience working with children (12 and under) and their caregivers using Evidence-Based Practices • Understand the HIPAA requirements for mental health records and substance abuse records, and maintain appropriate documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards Compensation: $90 - $130 hourly
