Summary –Supports SFLC by designing and delivering training on new data indexing, analytics, and automation tools while ensuring user proficiency.

Job Description – Creates training curricula, user guides, and support materials; conducts live and virtual training sessions; and supports tool adoption and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities – - Develop training plans and user guides.

• Deliver training on new automations and data tools.
• Provide post-rollout support and feedback loops.
• Ensure all materials meet Section 508 compliance.
• Track proficiency per PRS.

Qualifications – Required: 3+ years technical training experience; strong documentation and 508 accessibility testing knowledge; familiarity with DHS/USCG IT security.
