Summary – Supports USCG SFLC in overseeing all contract work, coordinating delivery across data indexing, analytics, automation, and training tasks.

Job Description – Serves as single point of contact to the CO/COR, responsible for overall program execution, reporting, risk management, schedule control, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities – - Act as single POC to CO/COR; ensure alternates are designated.

• Maintain availability M–F, 0800–1600 ET; respond to technical issues within 24 hours.
• Lead Project Plan development, updates, and quality control.
• Oversee Tasks 1–3 including indexing, automation pilots, and training.
• Conduct monthly meetings, progress reports, and milestone updates.
• Enforce security, Section 508, EA/TRM, and MP-ICAM/CAC compliance.

Qualifications – Required: PM experience on data/analytics/automation programs; strong communication, schedule, and quality management skills; familiarity with DHS/USCG security, privacy, MP-ICAM, EA, and Section 508 requirements.
