    POSITION: CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER - RETIREMENT PLANS (SFP WEALTH)  REMOTE/TELECOMMUTE AVAILABLE FOR QUALIFIED EMPLOYEES We are looking for a highly motivated candidate who would like to pursue a long-term career in our corporate Retirement Plan Consulting Department. The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with our corporate clients and managing the day-to-day operations and servicing of group retirement plans.  About Our Retirement Plan Consulting Department: The Retirement Plan Consulting Department assists companies with the investment & operational management of their corporate retirement plan benefit (401(k),403(b),457 Plans, etc.). Client services are comprised of fiduciary governance, investment monitoring, plan design, service provider RFP’s, operational guidance, & employee education support. Position Responsibilities: •    Establish and maintain relationship with clients by providing superior customer service & problem-solving solutions •    Maintain ongoing service strategy created for each individual client and recognize opportunities to modify service model to better suit the needs of the client •    Facilitate client (plan sponsor), and participant inquiries/service requests in a proactive manner •    Schedule, coordinate, and attend client review meetings •    Manage pre and post client meeting tasks: preparation and understanding of investment monitoring reports, operational analysis (plan design, compliance, legislative updates), meeting minutes, investment changes, plan amendments, etc) •    Conduct client RFP's and pricing analysis of relevant parties (recordkeepers & third party administrators) •    Work with plan sponsor to design participant education campaigns with the goal of increasing participation and contribution rates •    Conduct on-site and/or virtual employee educational group seminars, employee enrollment meetings, and one-on-one participant consultations •    Onboard new clients, including the collection of required documentation and client information. •    Oversee CRM for assigned clients (input client data, update information, manage client tasks) Requirements & Qualifications:  •    BA/BS required •    Prior experience in the retirement plan industry required (Minimum 3 - 4 years) •    Knowledge and understanding of corporate/group retirement plans, retirement plan design, investment monitoring, plan administration, and basic understanding of retirement plan rules & regulations. •    FINRA Licensing required (Series 6, 63, 65 and/or 7) •    Industry designation(s) preferred but not required (Ex: CRPS, QKA) •    Strong verbal and written communications skills •    Comfortable presenting in front of groups •    Intermediate to advanced level of Microsoft Excel, Adobe, & Powerpoint •    Valued qualities: attentive, detail oriented, efficient, diligent follow-up skills •    Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment Compensation and benefit packages are extremely competitive within the industry and will include significant incentives for both team and individual performance.
