Looking for an experienced turn crew for ongoing apartment and rental unit make-ready work.

We have consistent volume and are looking to build a long-term relationship with the right crew.

Work includes:

• Interior painting (full units and touch ups)

• LVP / vinyl plank flooring

• Minor drywall and punch repairs

• Baseboards, doors, trim, light carpentry

• Appliance installs as needed along with light electrical and plumbing

• Basic demo and cleanup

No major plumbing or electrical. Licensed subs are used when required.

Requirements:

• 2–4 person crew preferred

• Must have experience with apartment or rental turns

• Able to complete a typical unit in 2–4 days

• Own tools and transportation

• Reliable, shows up, finishes jobs

• Able to communicate and send progress photos

Licensed and insured is a plus but not required for all work.

Pay:

• Paid per unit, not hourly

• Steady work for crews that perform

• Fast payment after completion and approval
