    1099 Vendor Sourcer

    About SFR3

SFR3 is a boutique real estate investment fund acquiring $2.5B+ of single-family homes by 2024. Our mission is to provide affordable homes for America's workers by specializing in renovating distressed homes. We take a software-driven approach to operations in order to scale a large number of smaller markets at the same time.

In just 5 years, we've grown to 11k+ purchased homes in over two dozen metros, and we're continuing to expand. As part of our growth, we're looking to bring on a 1099 Vendor Sourcer dedicated to helping us identify, recruit, and activate General Contractors and Maintenance Specialty Vendors across the country!

    Your Mandate

As a 1099 Vendor Sourcer, you will focus on sourcing vendors as needed - i.e electricians, plumbers, cleaners, general maintenance, general contractors, roofers, etc. As 1099 you could also work with other companies as well or do this on the side (side hustle) of your current employment (no conflict of interest).

    Compensation

    • $500
      • Renovation/Turn General Contractors
      • "Regular" production vendors as defined by SFR3
      • R+M Vendors and Specialties
    • Additional $250
      • If any vendor becomes "certified"
        • After 30 days we evaluate Vendor performance and identify a preferred vendor as "certified"

    Preferred Qualifications

    • 2+ years of direct experience in Construction or Trade Management
    • 2+ years sourcing/recruiting vendors (General Contractors)
    • General understanding of construction, renovation, and property operations
    • Ability to understand typical trade contractors across a broad spectrum of trades. (i.e., the pricing trends for plumbing)
    • Single Family Rental Experience (or other real estate investment fund) Preferred

Sound exciting? We think so too!
