Founded in 2017, SFR3 has quickly become one of the largest owners of single family homes in the country. This has been done by combining great people and great technology. Acquisitions at SFR3 are done in house. We have a rockstar team of more than twenty market acquisitions directors that oversee each individual market. The team consists of men and women experienced in the acquisitions of single family rental properties at scale. What You'll Be Doing
Coaching and Mentoring. You will be responsible for the ongoing development of the individual acquisitions team members. There are great highs and lows in the acquisitions role and you will be the rock for which the team relies upon to maintain a positive mindset no matter what is thrown at them. Our team is made up of some of the best acquisitions professionals in the country. Your job is to make them even better. Whether someone is having problems with a low offer acceptance rate, high-cancellation rate or not getting enough off-market leads you will help them identify the problem and hold them accountable on getting things fixed.
Onboarding New Team Members. You will be responsible for the onboarding of new team members. You will build out the playbook to ensure team members not only hit the ground running but also become even better superstars while at SFR3.
Hitting Goals. You will be given monthly acquisition goals for you and the team to achieve. You will move mountains and do whatever is needed to ensure each team member is performing at their absolute best.
Leverage SFR3's technology team to define, build, & iterate on software & platforms to help the team acquire homes more quickly, more efficiently, and to deliver a successful financial outcome. You will be the conduit between the team and the product and engineering teams.

SFR Experience. You have four or more years of experience in acquiring single family rental properties and flips at scale.
Management Experience. You have experience leading others. You get a thrill from seeing others achieve their goals.
Top Performer. You were consistently the top performer in your previous acquisitions roles. You know how to hit aggressive volume goals while maintaining quality.
Analytical Enough. You don't have to build a complex financial model but you do need to be analytical and understand the levers that drive the business. Attention to detail and accuracy is a must.
Proactive Mindset. You have a strong bias towards action. You are a player/coach and will do whatever it takes to succeed. You understand the hard work ahead and keep a positive mindset throughout.
Dealmaker's hunger. You. Win. Every. Deal. And you love that. Each time the phone rings, you can't help but leap at the chance to make a deal. The team sees this and embodies this.
