    Job Description

    SGS, LLC, is a General Contractor / Design-Builder. We are seeking a Submittals Clerk / Records Clerk / Administrative Assistant for a commercial construction project at White Sands Missile Range in New Mexico. This position requires applicants to possess the ability to interact with clients in a professional manner. Experience in working with and understanding RMS is also preferred.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist onsite Administrative staff (Quality Control Manager, Superintendent and Site Safety Health Officer)
    • Assist the Quality Control Manager in the preparation, limited review, and organization of submittals
    • Assist in the project close-out procedures
    • Perform data input into the RMS system
    • Perform misc. administrative duties as required
    • Manage and maintain all onsite project files
    • Manage and help to process badge requests
    • Manage the onsite project office supplies and organization
    • Keep onsite project office clean and maintained
    • Management of electronic certified payroll reporting system to ensure subcontractor compliance with Davis Bacon requirements

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience as a Submittals Clerk / Records Clerk preferred
    • Experience with USACE RMS software preferred
    • USACE Construction Quality Management Certification preferred plus
    • Experience with e-Mars certified payroll system preferred
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Deadline and detail-oriented
    • OSHA 30-Hour and CPR/First Aid certifications preferred
