    We are looking for an Associate Consultant to join SHC Pacifics fast-growing startup consultation team and spearhead business solutions for the numerous critical healthcare problems facing the industry today. You fit this position if you are exceptional at analytics, an outstanding communicator, approach problems with a mind flexible to fresh solutions, are comfortable with innovative tech-based approaches, and eager to advance the progressive future of healthcare.

    This position is based at our office in the beautiful coastal city of Newport Beach, California. This is not a remote or work-from-home position.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Perform detailed business analyses to discover opportunities for client growth through sound research methodologies
    • Leverage analytics to design trustworthy business models that best position startups for success
    • Test models and adjust methods accordingly to optimize clients' operational cost-efficiency and productivity
    • Work alongside consultants, clients and partners to bring business models to life
    • Stay current with emerging industry tools and trends to make recommendations that keep our clients ahead of the curve
    • Report key business findings and relevant status updates to leadership

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelors degree in healthcare administration, business administration, management, accounting, or relevant major (MBA from a top-tier school preferred)
    • Incredible analytical thinker and proactive problem-solver
    • Comfortable sourcing, creating and analyzing complex data sets using modern software
    • Highly proficient with modern technology solutions and SaaS platforms such as Google Workspace, Salesforce, Hubspot and Slack
    • Approachable workplace influencer and cooperatively minded team-player
    • Exemplary communication skills (written and verbal) whether consulting with team members or engaging clients face-to-face
    • Results-oriented with impeccable attention-to-detail
    • Expertise in innovation, digital transformation, company building initiatives or startup success strategies
