Administrative Assistant (Hybrid Remote)
Position Overview We're looking for an Administrative Assistant with experience in customer service, marketing, and sales. This position is work-from-home flexible, but since training is onsite in Burlington, MA, we are only accepting local Applicants.

Responsibilities:
Coordinate and implement general office services such as appointment-setting for all teaching and non-teaching staff, records control, and other administrative activities.
Scheduling and rescheduling as needed.
Analyze unit operating practices such as record keeping systems, forms control, office layout, and personnel requirements; create new systems or revise established procedures
Interpret and communicate operating policies
Coordinate collection and preparation of financial and operations reports
Participate in interviewing job applicants and conduct orientation of new employees and new students as needed.
Facilitate the new student evaluation/inquiry process; communicating with parents and the director as needed
Collect and consolidate faculty notes on student progress and performance in order to provide to the director for review
Oversee the marketing/social media processes for the academy by posting advertisements when necessary and reaching out to relevant learning institutions
Qualifications:
Ability to work 4-5 days from 3pm to 7pm ET
Experience as an Administrative Assistant is required
Experience in Customer Service is required
Experience in Sales and Marketing is required
