As a Field Service Representative (FSR) Analyst, you will be on the front lines assisting Palantir’s implementation teams to support and strengthen the unique partnerships with Palantir's client’s user base. You will work side-by-side with analysts to train and mentor users, troubleshoot technical issues, develop new Palantir use cases, all while solving unique and challenging problems. This may take the form of embedding with users across the world as well as downloading your insights directly with Palantir team members. Lastly, you will help facilitate collaboration across a global enterprise while ensuring their customers' continued success.

• Ability to relate Palantir software to INDOPACOM’s needs
• Able to learn Palantir technology, speak credibly, and drive engagement
• Able to speak knowledgeably and credibly to senior leadership
• Ability to learn new tech quickly & speak credibly about them
• Able to conduct formal and informal training sessions
• Proactive outreach and engagement with user groups
• Clear and consistent comms externally and internally
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues onsite and communicate with engineering team/NOC

• Command and use case knowledge valued higher than Palantir knowledge
• Conventional joint operational background and experience with maritime, air, or space domains
• Experience with Palantir Gaia
• AOC / MOC / JOC / JTF HQ experience
• Watch floor experience
• All Source / GEOINT in support of near peer problem sets
• Targeting / Fires in a joint conventional environment
• Collection management experience

• Travel is possible to INDOPACOM AOR. Specifically, Japan. Candidate will need a passport.
