Role: FSR Analyst
Clearance Requirement: Active TS clearance, SCI eligible
Primary Place of Performance: Augusta, Georgia
Onsite Requirement: 5 days / week onsite
Travel: 25% travel expectation both CONUS / OCONUS as needed

Additional Dots:

• Candidates must be willing to deploy OCONUS for multiple weeks at a time to deliver trainings.
• Possible deployment locations include, but are not limited to, San Antonio, Germany, South Korea, and Hawaii.
• Desired software experience includes Gotham Gaia, Fade Mist, MSS, Bode, ICI.
• SIGINT, GEOINT, or All Source Analyst experience preferred.
• Willingness and ability to onboard in Palantir’s DC office or a customer site in North Carolina as needed.

Job Description

We are seeking talented operations and intelligence professionals experienced in the Palantir platform to join our team. As a Field Service Representative (FSR) Analyst, you will be on the front lines assisting Palantir’s implementation teams to support and strengthen the unique partnerships with Palantir's client’s user base. You will work side-by-side with analysts to train and mentor users, troubleshoot technical issues, develop new Palantir use cases, all while solving unique and challenging problems. This may take the form of embedding with users across the world as well as downloading your insights directly with Palantir team members in our offices. Lastly, you will help facilitate collaboration across a global enterprise while ensuring our customers' continued success. Come help solve the world’s hardest problems.

Core Responsibilities

• Ability to help map and model data integrations to an Ontology.
• Provide direct customer support to intel analysts at MIB-Ts.
• Respond to user requests and work with the Palantir engineering team to troubleshoot issues.
• Learn and become a SME on the Palantir Products.
• Provide desk-side training to analysts.
• Train analysts/operators in a classroom setting.
• Provide feedback to the Palantir engineering team about product.
• Travel as needed (25%).

What We Value

• Experience fusing intelligence capabilities in support of operations.
• Technical background with working knowledge of HTML, Ruby, Python and/or Java, as well hardware, networks, and server administration.
• Prior experience with Palantir Gaia preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to break down, explain, and demonstrate complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
• Ability to travel independently overseas per the needs of the business.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong knowledge of Excel.

Additional:

• Gotham focused who can help our intel analysts leveraging Gotham while maintaining great comms with our other FSRs and broader Palantir Team.
• This FSR should have a background in DoD (ideally Intel workflows) with an ability to learn or leverage Gotham.
• Data analyst background also strongly preferred.
• Their role would primarily be centered around direct Gotham user support, trainings, initial debugging, and ticket triaging with Echoes.
• Approachable and trustworthy. Need this person to be able to communicate important dots to our team from the ground.
• Army Intel Analyst Background is preferred.
