    Traylor Infrastructure Canada ULC located in Vancouver, British Columbia is looking for a full-time Construction Manager (NOC 0711).

    Successful candidates will be responsible for the following:

    • Supervise subcontractors and other staff;
    • Prepare reports on construction progress of project and construction issues to discuss with upper management;
    • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate construction from start to finish according to schedule, specifications, tolerances, drawing, quality control
    • Prepare and maintain construction project budgets for required area of focus
    • Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress against established schedules
    • Develop and implement quality control program for the project
    • Represent company on matters such as business services, administration and construction quality issues with Clients and Engineers
    • Liaise with and supervise the activities of subcontractors and subordinate staff.

    Qualified applicants must have a Civil Engineering degree or equivalent and must have at least 5 years of experience in the construction industry.  Applicant’s possessing experience in quality control engineering is an asset.   

    Successful candidates will be remunerated with an annual salary of $79,100.

  • Qualifications
    • Credit Courses - Require a Master's degree with a minimum of 18 graduate semester hours in the specific teaching discipline.

    COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

    Adjunct/Continuing Education Faculty: The rate per credit hour will commensurate with education and relevant or teaching experience.  The position is part time and as such is not eligible for health or leave benefits.  However, the position may offer educational benefits through our professional development and educational assistance policies.  Note: Adjunct/Continuing Education Faculty listings are on a continuous, open until filled basis.  Applicants will be contacted on an as needed basis.
