    POSITION:

    MSA is looking for an enthusiastic civil or environmental engineer to join our St Paul, MN office. This position would start in May 2020 following your graduation. We will provide you with the mentoring and team environment that will allow you to learn and grow your professional career. This position will allow you to work with communities through the design and construction phases on a broad range of municipal projects.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Preparation of plans of municipal infrastructure projects
    • Preparation of details, specifications, and bidding documents
    • Preparation of regulatory permits for projects
    • Preparation of technical reports for projects
    • Provide construction observation services for municipal infrastructure projects
    • Provide construction administration services of municipal water and wastewater infrastructure projects
    • This position requires you to have authorization to work in the United States for any employer. We will not provide sponsorship for this position.

    Required Skills Required Experience

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering by May 2020 required
    • Minimum of a 2.75 GPA required
    • Previous engineering internship or co-op experience required
    • Previous field inspection experience including roads and utilities preferred
    • AutoCAD experience preferred
    • Solid written and verbal communication skills
    • Successfully passed FE exam would be preferred

  • Qualifications
    • Current and unrestricted license to practice neurology
    • Minimum of 5-10 years practicing as a neurologist required.
    • Minimum of 5 years of TBI experience preferred.
    • Prior experience within the DoD/VA systems of care strongly preferred.
    • Must have completed four years of premed education followed by four years of study in medical school and 3-4 years of internship in neurology.
    • Must maintain Continuing Education credit sufficient to maintain both their clinical license and to meet MTF specific Quality Assurance standards for credentialing as a psychologist.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
    • Ability to practice independently.
    • Must adhere to legal, professional and ethical codes with respect to confidentiality and privacy.
    • Must be a US Citizen
