JOB SUMMARY:
Trex Commercial Products, a leader in architectural railing systems, is seeking a Sales & Marketing Coordinator, responsible for developing and maintaining marketing programs to meet TCP sales and marketing objectives. This individual manages communications, promotions and marketing activities.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Promote and differentiate the TCP brand to target markets.
- Generate leads for the sales team through trade shows, website, advertising, e-blast and other marketing channels.
- Author and publish articles in key trade publications to promote company brand as well as project write-ups for website and sales collateral.
- Manage, update and enhance the company website content as well create strategies for increasing traffic to the website to generate leads.
- Promote the company via effective presence on key social media sites.
- Maintain and generate effective sales tools, such as literature, PowerPoint presentations, samples, promotional items, etc.
- Formulate, direct, and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products, using advertising, promotion and public relations.
- Evaluate the financial aspects of marketing strategies, such as budgets, expenditures, and ROI’s.
- Develop and implement new marketing ideas for the company that generate positive ROI’s,
- Manage new product launches to include the coordination of e-blasts, sell sheets, new product landing webpage, videos, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS
- 4-year bachelor’s degree in business or Marketing or other closely related field
- 1 -3 years of experience marketing for a product-oriented business
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Strong organization skills with the ability to perform a wide variety of functions
- Ability to quickly learn about commercial construction industry
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint required
- Proficiency in Creative Suite software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) preferred
- Experience setting up social media campaigns preferred
