Job Summary
The Shipping & Receiving Clerk is responsible for supporting warehouse and distribution operations by accurately receiving incoming shipments, preparing outgoing orders, and maintaining inventory accuracy. This role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing and logistics environment.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing slips and purchase orders
Accurately record received materials into inventory systems
Label, organize, and store materials in designated warehouse locations
Prepare, pack, and stage outgoing shipments for delivery or carrier pickup
Load and unload materials manually or with material-handling equipment (training provided)
Perform inventory counts and assist with cycle counts as needed
Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items to supervisors
Maintain accurate shipping and receiving documentation
Follow company procedures, safety policies, and OSHA guidelines
Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and drivers
Assist with other warehouse and operational tasks as assigned
✅ Job Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for 12-hour shifts
Ability to lift up to 25–40 lbs as required
Steel-toe shoes required
Intermediate English required (Bilingual preferred)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
Team-oriented with a dependable and positive work ethic
Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Eligible to work in the U.S. (E-Verify required)
Background check required
Prior shipping & receiving, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred
