Description:
We are seeking a Highly Skilled Microsoft Access Developer with expertise in MSSQL and Oracle DB to support and maintain the existing Microsoft access Application.

Responsibilities:
Work with Client side technical developer to understand the functional and technical.
Write efficient, reusable, and reliable code following best practices and coding standards.
Optimize application performance through performance tuning and code optimization techniques.
Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers.
Stay up to date with the latest technologies, trends, and best practices in web development.

Qualifications

Requirements:
5+ years of professional experience in software development with a focus on Microsoft Access.
Proven experience with Microsoft Visual Basic frameworks, particularly Microsoft Access.
Strong understanding of SQL databases (MSSQL and Oracle) and proficiency in writing complex queries and database optimizations.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
