Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Shuttle Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting passengers to various destinations while providing excellent customer service. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to maintain a professional demeanor at all times.

Duties

• Safely operate shuttle vehicles, including vans to transport passengers efficiently and on time.
• Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and in good working order before each shift.
• Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, including helping with heavy luggage or mobility devices as needed.
• Communicate effectively with passengers regarding routes, schedules, and any changes in service.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while driving.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, passenger counts, and any incidents that may occur during transport.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing passenger inquiries and concerns professionally.

Experience

• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required
