    Job Description

    FRNCH USA (www.FRNCH.fr) is a Paris-based fashion wholesale brand with offices in Alhambra, CA. The company is looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to assist our sales department in contacting customers to ship pre-booked orders, purchase inquiries, return requests, and manage general customer service.

    Our ideal candidate currently has experience in general wholesale settings, understands the process of purchase orders, pick tickets, invoicing, and shipping. The candidate will also have knowledge of ERP and EDI systems used to manage our sales process. We are also looking for something who is extremely organized, persistent, and well focused as these are key traits for success in shipping pre-booked orders. The candidate must also be highly computer literate and phone savvy.

    • Customer service experience is a must.
    • Telemarketing experience is a plus, though you will not be cold calling or selling.
    • Knowledge of any wholesale industry is a plus.
    • Knowledge of order fulfillment to department stores is a must.
    • Passion for fashion or the fashion industry is also a big plus.
    • Spanish or Chinese fluency will be helpful.

    Responsibilities

    • Contact customers via phone and email for approval to ship orders and to obtain payment information to charge for orders.
    • Respond to daily incoming emails and calls from customers and sales representatives to create and ship orders.
    • Generate purchase orders, pick tickets, UPS shipping labels, and send invoices to customers with shipment tracking information.
    • Respond to customer return requests, issue RAs, credit memos, etc.
    • Review, approve, and import online wholesale orders into the company’s sales ERP system from our various sales online sales channels.
    • Manage and update various online sales
    • Occasionally greet and service walk-in customers.

    Requirements

    • Proven work experience as a Sales support specialist or Sales support associate
    • Hands on experience with ERP and CRM systems
    • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
    • In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Analytical and multitasking skills
    • BS degree in Marketing or associates degree in relevant field a plus

    Job Type: Full-time

    Salary: $22 to $35 per hour or DOE.
