To support the rapidly growing demands and the business growth for our wide range of product lines including skin care, hair care and sun care, we have a Customer Service Representative position open with immediate availability in our Florham Park, New Jersey Office location.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• General Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service meeting customer needs;
• Order Processing: Process customer Sample and arrange Sample order deliveries;
• Logistics Coordination: Monitor sample order shipments and report inventory control with team ;
• Other: Other Assignments as Needed

REQUIREMENTS:

● High School Degree or higher. Prior work experience is a plus.

● Excellent communication skills in both oral and written English with demonstrated abilities to interact with customers properly to establish and maintain excellent customer relationships;

● Effectively self-manage daily activities with strong time and organizational management skills;

● Must be a self-starter and quick learner with excellent people skills;
