Nutech National is a leading provider of comprehensive fire, security, and CCTV solutions across a network of diverse locations. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Fire, Security, and CCTV Systems Field Tech to join our team.
In House Tech Support Agent. This is a desk position assisting customers and installing technicians in the field. This is a good fit for technicians that no longer want to be in the field.
Requirements:
Prior experience in fire, security, and CCTV systems installation and maintenance required.
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to independently address technical challenges.
Interface directly with customers to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
This position has multiple 8 hour shifts available between 8-9 M-F and 8-5 Saturday. They are required to work approximately every 5th or 6th Saturday. This will coincide with the week you are on call.
There is an on-call rotation (1 week every 5 or 6 weeks). This pays $200 per week plus $5 for each call answered.
The wage is between $20-$35 per hour depending on experience and number of calls.
Looking for experience in the following products:
Security=Honeywell/Ademco/Resideo, Bosch, DMP, DSC
Fire=Bosch, Honeywell/Ademco/Resideo,
CCTV=mostly IP cameras
It is a plus if you can program alarm panels.
