    POSITION SUMMARY:

    SIXT is looking for a strategic, self-motivated HRIS Analyst to join our diverse and forward-thinking Human Resources team! This person will be essential to help lead the organization’s understanding of workforce insights and organizational health.

    The ideal candidate is responsible for end-to-end problem-solving and communication on workplace data insights: system diagnosis, integration and transformation, analysis, visualization, and presentation. This person will have strong quantitative skills, can manage multiple projects simultaneously, and can communicate effectively to a wide-ranging audience. A high intellectual curiosity, and a consultative posture are additional important skills to possess in this role.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Review and extract data from multiple HR, Time and Payroll systems to perform data audits
    • Complete system new hire enrollment process to ensure successful employee onboarding experience
    • Maintain data integrity amongst HR and Payroll systems and manual processes
    • Develop and Maintain data templates for use in new system conversions
    • Key data steward - Lead data cleansing efforts to ensure data integrity amongst all HR and Payroll related systems
    • Provide Continuous Improvement tactics to current processes to ensure smooth transition to future automation
    • Key contributor in Time and Attendance system implementation and support
    • Participate in project testing, data collection and validation
    • Perform system configuration as needed
    • Consult with human resources and operations department leaders to understand their unique challenges and provide strategic decision support through data and analytics
    • Partner with Human Resources department leaders to conduct business process modeling for reengineering
    • Collaborate closely with HR to automate data pipelines, drive self-service access, and productionalize analytics proofs of concept to surface insights in an effective, efficient, repeatable, and scalable manner
    • Perform other duties as defined.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred
    • 3 or more years of HRIS experience
    • Experience with Kronos Dimensions Time and Attendance and UKG payroll a plus
    • Experience in implementing Human Capital Management systems (HCM), Workday, Oracle, Success Factors a plus
    • Experience with Data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) a plus
    • Strong data set creation skills including the ability to combine and cleanse large data sets
    • Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
    • Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain data and findings to a non-technical and executive audience
    • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
    • Demonstrated strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and critical thinking
