Job Description

Sixt is looking for a Business Analyst to support all controlling and operational analysis to enable Sixt to achieve our ambitious goals. The ideal candidate possesses the following attributes:

**** Hybrid Role **** (3 Days in SIXT HQ FTL Office, 2 Days Remote)

· Ability to function independently and manage multiple projects

· Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail

· Professional written and verbal skills

· Good presentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop ad hoc queries and complex SQL scripts to extract desired data and metrics

· Utilize, create, and maintain SQL scripts used for data exchange and validation

· Compile data on all business units from different data sources, develop and produce recurring and other ad hoc reports as needed

· Centrally support and maintain data integration/automation with internal and external partners as part of process improvement projects

· Troubleshoot existing automatic data processes, ensure quality/data integrity while constantly evaluating improvement potential within the current setup

· Monitor P&L and controlling results and analyze business performance

· Review operational processes and derive optimization potentials

· Consult with stakeholders from different departments to recommend measures that would benefit their business

· Present results and findings to senior management

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree

· **Experience with SQL and statistical tools ** A MUST ****

· Adept at tracking down data elements and relationships between multiple tables

· Proficiency in creating reports in a sensible and presentable form

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly strong Excel skills

· Advanced knowledge of project management methods

· Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
