Job Description

Our company is currently seeking ​a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for full cycle accounting duties
• Code and enter vendor expense invoices
• Accounts payable
• Invoice reconciliation
• Shipping price optimization
• Ensure accuracy in general ledger
• Process employee time sheets and payroll
• Prepare monthly and quarterly tax returns

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
• Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Strong organizational skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Associate's degree in accounting or related field, preferred
• 5+ years of experience in a bookkeeping role
• Advanced Quickbooks software experience
• Aptitude for business
• Detail oriented
• Must be comfortable meeting tight deadlines
• Experience with financial statements and tax returns
