Responsibilities: • Utilize company CRM to contact potential sellers to obtain leads for the outside sales team • Send texts and make calls to develop new leads • Manage leads and follow up with prospects • Have the mindset to want more financially • Negotiate by phone email to negotiate a win/win solution for both parties • Build rapport with the sellers to overcome objections • Schedule warm leads on calls with outside sales reps Qualifications: • Prior sales experience a plus • Prior customer service experience a plus • Track record of good job tenure • Ability to meet and exceed goals • Confidence talking to someone you are meeting the first time like you have been lifelong friends Compensation: $34,800 annually + plus commission
