    Employment type: Full-Time This position requires someone with the ability to follow directions. To be considered please complete both steps in the interview process outlined below. Be creative, we are looking for someone who is willing to step out of their comfort zone. Here's who you are: Detail oriented, diligent, reliable, incredibly friendly, so friendly it would be hard to stop speaking with you! Driven by commission and the need to close a sale. Intuitively good with numbers and basic accounting, but no accounting degree necessary. Previous lead and database management experience a plus. You should be comfortable with technology and able to pick up new systems quickly! The ideal applicant has a knack for identifying sales opportunities, generating qualified leads, and funneling them to our outside sales reps. Here's what the ideal candidate would look like: A professional that understands success comes through hard work and tenacity. This person is teachable and always trying to improve themselves by reading books, watching videos, reading blogs or whatever mean necessary. This candidate is a fast starter and is extremely money motivated who is looking for the right opportunity to use their people skills and talents to build a lasting career with a great company. This person doesn’t whine or make excuses, point fingers or lay blame, they get results and are proud of it. A fantastic team of people is what makes SJO a great place to work. We value everyone that dedicates their time the business and reward employees on a regular basis. This position is meant to be a stepping stone to eventually move into an outside sales role. The outside sales representatives at SJO make $150,000+ per year. Please note there is no guarantee of the advancement opportunity, we reward employees based on performance. Responsibilities: Put up-to-date information on clients into the database system so agents have the most accurate and current data Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so agents can provide an efficient sales process • Utilize company CRM to contact potential sellers to obtain leads for the outside sales team • Send texts and make cold calls to develop new leads • Manage leads and follow up with prospects • Have the mindset to want more financially • Negotiate by phone email to negotiate a win/win solution for both parties • Build rapport with the sellers to overcome objections • Schedule warm leads on calls with outside sales Qualifications: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Proven track record of successful negotiations with sellers • Ability to keep a job and meet or exceed sales goals Compensation: $2,500 per month + $250 per deal closed
