    The Lead Gen Pros in Corona seeking a super sharp, exceptional Customer Sales and Support Representative that is willing to put in the work to produce results. We are looking for someone who is not afraid to be on the phone and talk to someone like you have known them your whole life. You will be responsible for taking incoming calls, following up with potential clients, customers, and communications between the clients and the call center. Employment Type: Full-Time Responsibilities: • Account management • Customer service • Includes answering phone calls and emails • Responding to customer questions and complaints • Walking customers through basic troubleshooting or setup processes • Selling products and service to clients and processing payments • Customer on-boarding • Manage billing • Manage all inbound calls from potential customers • Manage leads and follow up with prospects • Have the mindset to want more financially • Build rapport with potential customers • Social media marketing Qualifications: • Call center experience • Call center supervisor experience a plus • Exceptional customer service skills • Great attention to detail • Ability to keep a job and meet or exceed goals • Confidence talking to someone you are meeting the first time like you have been lifelong friends • Proficient with Microsoft office suites, Skype, google • Account management • Payment managing and processingDetail-oriented, diligent, reliable, incredibly friendly, so friendly it would be hard to stop speaking with you! Driven by the commission and the need to close a sale. Intuitively good with numbers and basic accounting, but no accounting degree necessary. Previous lead and database management experience a plus. You should be comfortable with technology and able to pick up new systems quickly! Here's who you are: Compensation: $3,000 plus commission
