    Premier real estate investment firm seeking a rock star Inside Sales Representative that is willing to put in the work to produce results. Here's who you are: Detail-oriented, diligent, reliable, incredibly friendly, so friendly it would be hard to stop speaking with you! Driven by the commission and the need to close a sale. Intuitively good with numbers and basic accounting, but no accounting degree necessary. Previous lead and database management experience a plus. You should be comfortable with technology and able to pick up new systems quickly! This position is meant to be a stepping stone to an outside sales role. Responsibilities: Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the geographical area to expand our sales region Give monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team to show progress toward company goals Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so agents can provide an efficient sales process Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process • Utilize company CRM to contact potential sellers to obtain leads for the outside sales team • Send texts and make cold calls to develop new leads • Manage leads and follow up with prospects • Have the mindset to want more financially • Negotiate a win/win solution for both parties • Build rapport with the sellers to overcome objections • Schedule warm leads on calls with outside sales Qualifications: Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Drive to succeed & ability to take feedback and direction • Willingness to put in the hours to learn • Proven track record of successful negotiations with sellers • Ability to keep a job and meet or exceed sales goals • Confidence talking to someone you are meeting the first time like you have been lifelong friends Compensation: $2,500 per month + Commission
