Bilingual (Korean/Eng.) Corporate Planning Associate/Executive Assist.
SK Microworks America, Inc. a world leader in the polyester film industry, located 35 miles SE of Atlanta in Covington, GA., has an immediate need for a Bilingual (Korean/English) Corporate Planning Associate /Executive Assistant. This position is responsible for all facets of financial analysis and administrative support for the President/CEO and the Strategic Planning Director. Financial variance analysis, cost variance analysis and other analysis of managerial accounting. Scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and communicating with various customers, organizations and SKMWA staff. Also responsible for translation, from Korean to English or English to Korean, for documents, emails and other communications. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Assist with the preparation of financial forecast reports. (Resin Cost Tracking) * Analyze past results, identify trends of company-wise expense, and make recommendations for improvements. * Assist with the preparation of management reports and accounts that provide accurate and timely financial and statistical information to managers to make short-term and long-term decisions. * Maintenance of financial and cost database. * File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports. * Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software. * Collect headcount reporting data from the Human Resources Department and prepare a report that tracks the employee number. * Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation by CEO. * Manage and coordinate travel arrangements for CEO. * Answers telephones with pleasant demeanor, routes calls, and takes messages as necessary. * Schedules appointments, meetings and maintains CEO's calendar. * Organize information and documentation including filing, scanning, copying, saving, and shredding. * Scheduling and organizing meetings, events and conference calls including coordinating schedules, preparing venues, arranging catering, contacting attendees, and ensuring all information and equipment are prepared. * Performs variety of additional clerical duties. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High school diploma or equivalent; and two to four years' financial analysis and administrative support experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. Experience working in a multi-cultural environment a plus. Bilingual English/Korean a must. Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking in both Korean and English. Ability to write and type grammatically correct in both Korean and English.
