Job Description

This role reports to the Manager of Sales Methodology, Analytics & Tools and is part of the broader Sales Excellence group. This function will be stood from the ground up as NewCo transitions into a standalone organization (parent company is based in South Korea). Responsibilities may include:

• CRM platofrm owner (strategy and roadmap)
• CRM platform governance, access and entitlement
• Commission platform owner
• Worldwide analytics
• Platform development
• Customer data architecture

Qualifications

• Experience managing CRM tools (i.e. Salesforce) and Commission platforms
• Data analytics experience
• Data architecture

Bachelor's Degree in related field
