    Job Description

    Responsibilities may include:

    •            Learning Architecture and Strategy (Roadmap of Systems, Tools, and programs across the company)

    •            Needs Analysis

    •            Develop New Hire Integration Curricula

    •            Developing Exec Talent Management Curricula

    •            Developing Manager Curricula

    •            Develop in partnership with the business the Technical Training Roadmap/Identify Skills Needed/Gaps

    •            Vendor Management

    •            Define Learning Success Metrics

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Min. Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, Adult Learning, Education or related field
    • At least 5 years working experience with proven track record of strong HR leadership, OD background or having led an Learning team
    • Excellent attention to details, process management and analytical skills
    • Prior experience in the leadership development, learning, and technical training space
    • Great team player
    • Comfortable working in a fast paced, ambiguous, and changing environment while showing your abilities to manage excellent relationships with candidates and business partners.
    • You should be able to manage multiple tasks in the ongoing work, in parallel with taking ownership and leading processes and projects, alongside with being a focal point to your peers.
