The property currently consists of our hotel, Chateau Renault, our golf course, Vineyard National at Renault, a restaurant, House of Renault, a cafe, Cafe Le Fleur, and of course our historic winery, which includes the largest wine tasting room on the east coast. The role of the Skate Hut Attendant is to assist and aid in all points of service
The Skate Hut Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the safety of patrons, maintaining cleanliness of the facility, and assisting with skate rentals.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and customer service skills, a strong understanding of safety procedures, and a passion for ice skating.
Must be available FRIDAY< SATURDAY<SUNDAY
Ensure a safe environment for all skaters.
Promote and portray the VIVÂMEE Values.
Know, understand, and adhere to company established policies and procedures.
Be knowledgeable, know all products and special instructions and assignments given by manager
Assist customers with skate rentals, including fitting and adjusting skates as necessary
Perform regular inspections of skating equipment for damage or wear
Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and resolving any issues.
Previous experience in customer service or related role preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a cold environment for extended periods and adapt to varying weather conditions.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as ice rinks often have extended hours of operation.
Attendants should ideally have some experience in customer service, as this role involves dealing with customers on a daily basis.
