    Job Description

    SUMMARY:

    Under general supervision of the Accounts Receivables Manager, The Contract & Project Billing Administrator performs a variety of professional accounting work with emphasis in technical task related to project contract / new order coordination reporting reports and special sales data coordination. Assist in analyzing sales and accounting data analysis, troubleshoot areas of discrepancy alongside sales team and help resolve issues and ensure accurate billing of contracts for SKIDATA USA. The Contracts/Project Billing Administrator is responsible for the invoicing of installation projects, reading and understanding contracts in order to bill to contract terms.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Read, understand, interpret contracts and schedule of value in order to drive project billing.
    • Coordination of accurate and timely submittals of billing and payment applications.
    • Review project documentation to ensure billing requirements are met.
    • Billing of reoccurring software and hosting licenses.
    • Active participation in meetings with the stakeholders.
    • Ability to understand complex contract terms.
    • Assist with monthly billing of all service & contract agreements.
    • Miscellaneous contract analytics.
    • Cross functional integration with all departments.
    • Manage contract database and keep it in good condition.
    • Works with C-level Executives and other leadership teams to problem solve contract issues.

    REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Ability to read and understand contracts terms
    • Progressive billing experience (construction term)
    • Experience with payment applications (standard AIA/SOV)
    • Experience with RFP and change orders
    • Experience in the construction or service industry preferred
    • The ability to understand the entire Scope of Work of projects
    • Knowledge of Textura Construction Management System preferred
    • Clear verbal and written communication with all internal and external stakeholders
    • Able to work independently all while keeping others informed of processes and progress
    • Candidate must demonstrate the ability to follow through/follow up
    • To perform this job successfully, the individual must quickly learn SKIDATA’s ERP software and must be technically savvy along with advanced ability with Excel.
    • The candidate must have strong computer/computer software and administrative skills and be well organized
    • Attention to detail and good communication skills are a must
    • Travel frequency: <5%

    • Ability to effectively communicate with a variety of audiences.
    • Should be patient and calm to handle requests.
    • Must quickly learn SKIDATA’s ERP software and must be technically savvy.
    • Experience in Microsoft AX, ASTEA or any CRM system preferred.
    • Focused on meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers.
    • Treats people with respect.
    • Analytical thinking and structured way of working.
    • Good analytical and math skills
    • Fluency in English
