    SKY Restoration DKI is a Restoration Company that is seeking a top-notch Large Loss/Storm Manager to join their team! With our ongoing reputation and continual increase of both repeat and new clients, we are in need of skilled, experienced, and talented individuals to help build our Storm Department.

    Basic Requirements are as follows:

    Experience- Restoration Mitigation Required

    Large Loss Commercial projects experience

    Computer literacy required

    T and M Pro Preferred.

    IICRC certifications Demonstrating knowledge in fire, water, and flood restoration

    A desire to exceed customer expectations no matter the challenges and obstacles are put in front of the project.

    The ability to meet or exceed the budget set on each job.

    Additional Duties:

    Manages all employees and subcontractors on multiple job sites.

    Responsible for invoicing and collection of funds per contract

    Communicates effectively to set and manage client expectations.

    The Large Loss/ Storm Manager works with the client to accomplish changes as required.

    Large Loss/Storm Managers must exhibit time management skills and be extremely organized.

    Market to other traveling and restoration companies in storm areas to acquire overflow work (this will require additional travel other than Storm events).

    Training and developing Project Managers both in class and on-site, as needed.
