ALLSTATE INSURANCE IS CURRENTLY HIRING A LICENSED INSURANCE AGENT
INSURANCE REPRESENTATIVE: is responsible for engaging with new customers to grow sales territory through referrals, networking and outbound calling. Implement a strategic sales plan to expand and maintain a book of business. Manage client relationships resulting in the elevation of customer retention.

INSURANCE REPRESENTATIVE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Meet new business production goals.
Prospect new or existing accounts
Manage the financial acumen of your own book of business
Strategize and develop plans to grow sales territory
Establish and retain clientele in order to grow your sales territory
Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
Prospect for new clients and Perform 200+ outbound dials per day
INSURANCE REPRESENTATIVE JOB REQUIREMENTS
Currently licensed in Property and Casualty- REQUIRED
Prior inside sales Experience- REQUIRED.
Associates degree or higher- preferred
Must be highly self-motivated.
Self directed
Strong verbal and written skills
