CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE WANTED ASAP!!!

Our firm promotes from within and value our team members based on performance. We are a management firm specializing in retail customer service, sales, retail staffing, and retail training. We do not require any prior experience, however we are not opposed to it either. We provide full hands on training within the firm.

CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock
• Enter and process customer orders
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints
• Welcome and identify customer needs
• Explain products and services to customers

CUSTOMER SERVICE QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to build rapport with customers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
