As a Workers' Compensation Case Manager at SLG Work Injury Lawyers, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing workers' compensation cases from initial claim submission through resolution. Your main responsibilities will include:
Legal Assistant/Case Manager Responsibilities:
Evaluate and process new workers' compensation claims in accordance with state regulations and company policies.
Collaborate with medical professionals, employers, and legal representatives to gather necessary information and documentation.
Develop and implement case management strategies to ensure efficient and timely case resolution.
Communicate with injured employees to provide guidance, support, and updates throughout the claims process.
Coordinate medical treatments, appointments, and rehabilitation efforts to facilitate the injured employee's recovery and return to work.
Monitor and track case progress, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the company's case management system.
Prepare and present case updates to internal teams, clients, and stakeholders as required.
