About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and evaluations of speech and language skills.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.

Provide therapy sessions in a one-on-one or group setting.

Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to support client progress.

Monitor and document client progress and adjust therapy as needed.

Stay updated on best practices and advancements in speech-language pathology.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive work environment.

Educate families on communication strategies and resources.

Requirements:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.

Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.

Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.

Experience working with children in a clinical or educational setting.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
