Position Summary

Provide administration and systems support for various applications. Increasing understanding of computer capabilities and subject matter knowledge to resolve issues and develop detailed supporting documentation. Perform simple application programming and system analysis to automate business functions on supported platforms. Analyze and revise existing system logic and/or process difficulties and develop documentation. Coordinate with business users to resolve issues and provide effective solutions.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform functional/technical analysis, root cause analysis, application configuration and testing.

• Increasing understanding of supported business processes and integration components

• Monitor interface performance, troubleshooting and resolving interface issues

• Increasing skills in collaborating on business projects as directed by management and coordinating with outsourced partners where needed

• Apply basic skills in collaborating with business to develop effective test cases for QA unit testing as needed

• Assist with application, maintenance and report development

• Increasing skills in providing group training to internal personnel as it relates to basic application support and application usage

• Perform basic configuration and/or script programming to automate business functions

• Assist with IT projects as needed

• Establish and cultivate strong working relationships with internal and external business partners

• Develop and maintain system documentation per departmental standards

• Seek higher learning opportunities to expand knowledge and understanding of supported systems

• Fulfill department requirements in terms of providing work coverage as business needs require

• Demonstrate flexibility and do what’s needed to meet and/or exceed customer expectations

• Other duties as assigned

**Role-Specific Technical Knowledge & Skills **

Knowledge of MS-SQL and or Oracle desired Knowledge of Oil and Gas applications desired

Education

Associates or Bachelor’s degree in related field is preferred

Minimum of 3 years related experience

Location

This is a Denver based hybrid role. Primary work is done from home with in person work done that prioritizes collaboration, networking and team building.

Salary range: $80,000 - $111,000
