    Unisoft International, Inc. dba SMA Technologies is a rapidly growing software company headquartered in North Houston that has an immediate need for a Marketing Coordinator. This role will work with our marketing department to ensure projects & marketing campaigns get done on time.

    Position objective:

    The Marketing Coordinator role exists to work with our marketing department to ensure projects & marketing campaigns get done on time. Our Marketing Coordinator will collaborate with key players on our marketing team to make sure that each project & campaign gets the resources and attention it needs to be successful. The successful candidate for this role will also be responsible for handling correspondence with clients and communicating with other departments within the company to keep marketing projects & campaigns on track.

    The Coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of marketing tasks that include but not limited to: Email Campaigns (Pardot), Conferences, Tradeshows, Lead Management (Salesforce), Content Insertion (Craft), Translations for Content, Stationary Orders (for example business cards), Webinar Management (Eventbrite) . In addition, the Coordinator will work closely with a complex network of stakeholders including sales, service, support, product leaders, local market leadership, media & PR agencies, IT, operations, and finance.

    Key responsibilities:

    Assist in the design, execution, and planning of B2B (business to business) integrated marketing campaigns with the aim of acquiring and retaining customers.

    Manage the implementation, tracking and measurement of marketing campaigns, including email campaigns; will manage email platform, Pardot to support the lead generation campaigns and retention programs.

    Ensure that the organization’s brand and identity is adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels.

    Manage sales & marketing SharePoint sites, including organization and creation of new collateral.

    Works collaboratively with product teams, account management, sales, business development to ensure timely execution of campaigns.

    Manages the website CMS via Craft; including but not limited to: creation of new pages, new blocks, SEO, copy insert, QA, translations (using an agency), etc. Ensure the website is current, engaging and informative. Monitors web sites for internal and external audiences.

    Assists in the development of policies and procedures with regards to entry, assignment, and ownership of leads. Alerts senior management regarding the status of leads.

    Competencies:

    2-3 years marketing and/or experience for mid-size to large business or agency in direct response marketing business.

    Strong knowledge and ability to read, report and react against marketing KPIs.

    Ability to work and support cross-functional teams to drive shared results.

    Experience developing and executing marketing initiatives.

    Strongly KPI oriented: acquisition, conversion, ROI.

    Exceptional understanding of all aspects of marketing and analytics, especially paid search, natural search, display, and retargeting.

    Strong business acumen with ability to think strategically and innovatively.

    Proficiency in Omniture, Google Analytics and other web metric systems.

    Strong experience in CRM and marketing automation tools such as Salesforce, Pardot, Marketo, or HubSpot.

    Ability to analyze, understand and present technical product specifications.

    Must have strong writing and speaking skills to present complex concepts in a clear manner.

    Ability to interact professionally with customers and maintain a positive working relationship.

    Must have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to resolve complex pre-sale technical problems and develop solutions to work in diverse customer environments.
