Job description:

Press Operator

Marlboro Manufacturing, a leader in continuous hinge manufacturing, is looking for full-time candidates to work in our manufacturing.

Working Hours 10 hour shifts 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM Monday through Thursday with some overtime on Friday as required.

Requirements

Must have reliable transportation

Must be safety conscious and follow safety rules

Must be be able to lift up to 70 lbs.

Basic computer and math skills

Attendance is key

Must pass drug and alcohol test

Must pass background check

Qualifications:

Must be able to bend and stand to operate machines

Must be able to carry out instructions and training both in written or verbal form

Shows the ability to use measuring tools, tape measure, calipers

Be able to or learn to set up machines

Must be able to write legibly

Assist in problem solving

Has the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety Rules, operating paper work, blue prints

Prior machine skills and knowledge of hand tools is helpful

Strive to reach department wide production goals

Must be able to work with others
