JOB TITLE: Office Support Assistant
POSITION SUMMARY
Whose primary responsibilities will include customer service and administrative related duties.
HOURS: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM
4 DAYS PER WEEK
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
· Answer incoming calls
· Handling technical support cases (Tier 1-2 support)
· Updating CRM (customer relations management) system
· Follow up correspondence
· Processing incoming orders
· Setting up new accounts
· Upkeep of office documents
· Communicating with sales team on leads
· Office organization
· Filing

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
As an office support assistant, the successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
· Self-disciplined with ability to work independently
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Organized with attention to detail
· Effective telephone skills
· Basic computer skills required (Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, etc.)
· Must work well with others
Office experience preferred but will train the right candidate.
